I do know that Telus is now offering a package that may be a bit cheaper but the problem that I have with it is that it will only allow you to have up to 3 TVs on the system and I have more then that in the house. By scrolling down those pages you would have links to our phone, cable, heating companies. Their web pages have all the information you're looking for. You are going to be on: Information Overload soon. Most of what you're asking won't apply like home heating if you're renting an apartment. Knowledge about everything else will come gradually the longer you live here. As you make friends and just in talking to people you gain a wealth of information. You will learn new things daily when you move here. You cannot anticipate everything in advance. I'm sure that your new employer and co-workers would be more than happy to help you get settled.
